For your network & systems to perform efficiently, it is imperative that all the required resources are
standing by. Don't wait until there is a problem, be prepared now with a service agreement that includes
all parts and labor. Looking for a solution when you have a problem is not the smartest thing to do when
your are running a business and downtime is expensive. Similar to an insurance policy we will be standing
by to keep your computers, peripherals and networks running smoothly.

We provide Computer Hardware and Network Support & Maintenance to clients under varying arrangements
to fit specific support requirements, under Annual Contracts or On-Call services, covering Parts and Labour
or Labour Only.

At large computer and mission critical IT installations, Field Support facilities and EGS Engineers are housed
at client sites. For smaller installations and environments, which can sustain more flexible response time,
but require quality service at lower costs, calls are responded and back-up equipment provided from the
local EGS branch. Preventive maintenance routines are carried out at regular interval. Feedback and repor-
ting to management enables continuous appraisal of equipment condition and I.T resource utilisation.

Networking support contracts range from arrangements involving full time On-Site Systems Administration
support to more flexible time-tabled arrangements for providing Systems Administration support, Housekeep-
ing and Network Tuning procedures. Whatever the level, these are integrated through a system of regular
feedback and reporting to management. The flexible arrangements suits in particular environments deploying
small to medium sized networks, which cannot justify the costs of in-house arrangements and instead prefer
to outsource their varying support requirements.

The Field and On-Client-Site maintenance services are backed by the EGS branches, which maintain well
equipped repair workshops, and a pool of well qualified and experienced engineers and technicians. The

larger branches have component level repair facilities and component sourcing arrangements, further backed
by the Central Repair Section at Islamabad, which maintains advanced diagnostics and repair equipment and
fault profile statistics of a wide range of computer equipment.

Annual Hardware Maintenance - Comprehensive

- unlimited help desk support
- same day response if fault is reported before 12pm
- next morning response if fault is reported after 12pm
- loan of equivalent hardware equipment within 48 working hours if hardware is sent for servicing
- Parts replaced will be at EGS's expense
- Quarterly preventive check will be performed
- coverage: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, 9am to 1pm

Annual Hardware Maintenance - (Labor Only)

- 9 to 6 help desk support
- same day response if fault is reported before 12pm
- next morning response if fault is reported after 12pm
- loan of equivalent hardware equipment within 48 working hours if hardware is sent for servicing.
- EGS will charge on the related parts only
- half-yearly preventive check will be performed
- coverage: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Annual Network Maintenance

- unlimited help desk support
- within 2 hours response for help desk support
- within 4 hours response for on-site support
- within 6 hours restoration of server
- loan of equivalent server equipment if hardware is sent for servicing
- coverage: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm
